- Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis
- Coordinate cross functional operational process improvements
- Document end to end payment journeys and operational processes
- Identify and classify payment incidents
- Improve payment system resiliency reliability and stability
- Lead incident response for payment applications
- Prioritize client impact and coordinate resolution
- Support operational change proposals for resiliency
- Track action items from incident reviews
