Tasks
- Administer Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 Defender
- Collaborate to recommend cost effective solutions
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender Suite
- Deploy endpoint protection architectures using Microsoft Intune Endpoint Manager and Defender Center
- Design modern workspace solutions aligned with security requirements
- Generate reporting and metrics for deployments
- Implement endpoint email cloud and mobile threat protection
- Maintain Microsoft Defender agent handlers and repositories
- Manage software deployments patches and scripts
- Provide Level 3 end user computing support
- Support data analysis using Excel
- Track and resolve incidents using ticket queue
