Tasks
- Analyze technical requirements and design solutions
- Assess current environment
- Conduct system patching and vulnerability remediation
- Coordinate with system owners and migration team
- Develop architectural designs
- Escalate for additional privileges permissions or clearance
- Handle trouble tickets and operational escalation
- Lead technical project activities
- Manage capacity and Azure consumption
- Manage configuration updates and changes
- Monitor system health and performance
- Perform troubleshooting and remediation
- Serve as technical lead for customer enclaves
