Technical Account Manager
Tasks
- Assist customers shift to continuous control validation
- Configure environment specific validation logic
- Customize APIs and platform integrations
- Deliver platform demonstrations and technical enablement sessions
- Escalate complex technical issues for platform integrations
- Lead security validation workshops and program reviews
- Mentor CS team members
- Own post sales technical relationship from onboarding through renewal
- Partner with Sales and SE on expansion signals and strategies
- Produce control effectiveness reviews and exposure validation reports
- Provide customer feedback to product engineering and GTM teams
- Resolve SIEM SOAR EDR connector issues
- Translate platform findings into risk reduction roadmaps
