Senior Information Security Consultant - Canada (SMB)
Tasks
- Advise on control design and operating models
- Conduct security posture assessments
- Design and implement GRC programmes
- Develop remediation roadmaps
- Develop security policies and procedures
- Embed compliance into operational processes
- Ensure on-time, within-scope delivery
- Facilitate client workshops and risk assessments
- Improve delivery efficiency and tooling
- Improve delivery playbooks and templates
- Interpret regulations into practical solutions
- Lead GRC consulting engagements
- Maintain risk registers and control frameworks
- Manage multiple engagements and priorities
- Mentor junior team members
- Own client delivery quality
- Own deliverable quality and standards compliance
- Perform gap analysis and maturity reviews
- Provide coaching and informal line management
- Provide security governance and compliance advisory
- Review work and provide feedback
- Serve as primary client point-of-contact
- Support audit preparation and external assessments
- Support pre sales scoping and proposal input
- Support scalable repeatable GRC delivery model
