Lead Sr. Network Operations Engineer (Network Security - Palo Alto/Zscaler) Engineer

Tasks
- Correlate incidents across platforms
- Define and govern Zero Trust access architectures
- Direct network recovery during major outages
- Engage vendors on escalated support cases
- Evaluate and optimize observability tools
- Lead root cause analysis and post incident reporting
- Maintain monitoring and incident response workflows with automation
- Mentor NOC engineers with coaching and training materials
- Partner with engineering teams on design validation and pre deployment testing
- Perform packet analysis and protocol decoding
- Serve as final escalation point for high severity incidents
- Support security automation and API driven provisioning
- Troubleshoot Palo Alto and Zscaler security architectures
- Validate and improve security architectures and best practices
