- Maintain system integrity with audits performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Manage Celigo iPaaS integrations
- Manage user accounts security and governance controls
- Monitor and maintain high availability for NetSuite and integrated applications
- Perform advanced technical troubleshooting and solution design
- Provide end user support and training
- Support process improvement and automation
