- Administer Microsoft 365 Tenant
- Administer SentinelOne and perform threat hunting
- Configure email security policies
- Consult clients during QBR
- Design and implement technology solutions
- Document solutions in IT knowledge base
- Ensure compliance for client configurations
- Implement security best practices
- Integrate and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Lead security incident response
- Manage Microsoft Intune endpoint policies
- Manage Syncro RMM and PSA
- Manage endpoint encryption with BitLocker
- Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers
- Monitor and maintain client systems
- Perform security reviews
- Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Troubleshoot client infrastructure
