Tasks
- Assist with network project work
- Configure and support managed switches
- Coordinate with vendors for support cases and troubleshooting
- Create and maintain network documentation
- Follow change management documentation and security processes
- Monitor client networks and respond to alerts
- Perform network assessments
- Support and maintain firewall environments
- Support wireless networks
