- Assist with capacity planning and system optimization
- Conduct root cause analysis and remediation for incidents
- Maintain core network infrastructure
- Maintain firewall configurations and policies
- Maintain network documentation
- Manage firewall and IPS rules
- Monitor and troubleshoot firewall and IPS issues
- Perform change management for network and security
- Provide Level 2 firewall support
- Support network security devices across multiple locations
- Support performance and incident reporting
- Use ITSM and ITOM tools for tickets and reporting
