- Align network controls with security frameworks and regulations
- Build security virtualization with virtual firewalls and IDS IPS
- Conduct network forensics using flow data PCAP and logs
- Deploy firewalls and proxies
- Deploy network security controls security groups policy as code
- Design secure resilient network infrastructure
- Develop and enforce network security policies standards
- Harden routing and switching
- Implement encryption controls TLS IPsec MACsec
- Implement network access control 8021X
- Implement test and evidence IT cybersecurity controls
- Maintain architecture artifacts CMDB and version baselines
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with SOC IT Ops Cloud and App teams
- Monitor network security events and tune detections
- Perform incident response triage containment eradication recovery
- Perform risk assessments and threat modeling
- Track metrics and drive automation root cause fixes
