- Conduct network security posture assessments
- Define network security architecture standards and best practices
- Develop and maintain network security policies and standards
- Evaluate and approve firewall change requests
- Improve network security maturity with segmentation and zero trust
- Optimize NGFW policies and remove redundant rules
- Provide security guidance during architecture reviews
- Recommend proactive control improvements using threat intelligence
- Review firewall rules and enforce least privilege
- Serve as network security subject matter expert for governance
- Support audit and compliance alignment with security standards
- Validate WAF platform configurations
