Tasks
- Administer AWS infrastructure
- Administer Windows Server environments
- Automate VM provisioning and patch workflows
- Configure and maintain VMware NSX networking
- Coordinate support escalations with VMware AWS and Microsoft
- Develop and maintain Ansible automation
- Maintain infrastructure documentation and runbooks
- Manage VMware templates snapshots and cloning
- Manage VMware vSphere infrastructure
- Monitor virtual infrastructure health and performance
- Perform patch management with WSUS or Azure Update Manager
- Provide incident status updates and participate in war room calls
- Track SLA KPI incident metrics and patch compliance
