- Coordinate vendor shipping confirmations
- Create and maintain SKUs
- Create and process job orders
- Handle memo returns and discrepancies
- Monitor order status escalate issues
- Provide central ops support for store questions
- Reconcile memo reporting and exceptions
- Resolve SKU data issues
- Support audit preparation and end of period cleanup
- Track order backlogs aging and exceptions
- Validate stock receipts before distribution
