• Maintain onboarding tracker and Jira board
• Manage vault upgrades and site switches
• Onboard accounts into CyberArk
• Own privileged access onboarding end to end
• Resolve LDAP integration problems
• Resolve network connectivity issues
• Run application owner discovery
• Set up CPM password rotation
• Support Credential Provider
• Support break glass operations
• Troubleshoot CPM rotation failures
• Troubleshoot PKI certificate and CRL issues
