Post Sales GRC Specialist
Tasks
- Advise audit readiness and control expectations
- Collaborate with security compliance IT and executive stakeholders
- Configure compliance frameworks controls evidence workflows and integrations
- Guide end to end audit process
- Lead automated compliance platform implementation
- Manage risks to customer success and drive mitigation plans
- Own post-sales customer journey
- Partner with product engineering sales and support on customer needs
- Provide feedback to shape compliance platform roadmap
- Track customer health indicators and adoption progress
