- Build and mature application security program

- Communicate program strategy progress and risks to executive leadership

- Deliver developer security awareness training
- Develop secure coding enablement frameworks
- Ensure security consistency across enterprise security program
- Establish secure development practices across SDLC
- Evaluate and adopt application security technologies
- Integrate AppSec tooling into CI CD pipelines
- Lead security team and provide mentorship
- Maintain SLAs and SLOs for security services
- Manage hiring skills development and performance reviews
- Perform threat modeling
- Run SAST DAST SCA and security testing
- Set security acceptance criteria
