- Ensure responsible governed AI
- Escalate technical issues with BI IT
- Implement Power BI governance
- Improve export formats Excel and PDF
- Maintain improvement backlog
- Manage Power Platform environments
- Manage security roles and access
- Monitor and resolve data quality issues
- Preserve historical data for export
- Provide level 2 and level 3 support
- Support rollout phases pilot stabilization hypercare
- Translate business feedback into technical requirements
