- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Develop new service offerings and support bids
- Ensure compliance with HSE OG-0086
- Ensure compliance with NIS Regulations
- Establish cyber security governance frameworks
- Implement security controls for OT environments
- Lead OT cyber security programmes
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Oversee project teams and mentor consultants
- Present cyber security advice to executive stakeholders
- Provide senior cyber security guidance
- Stay current with OT threats and best practices
- Support proposals for OT security work
