Tasks
- Define digital architecture for satellite communication ASICs and SoCs
- Develop methodologies and reusable IP strategies
- Drive technical planning from concept through silicon validation
- Establish system level tradeoffs for throughput latency power die area reliability manufacturability
- Lead hardware realization of coding engines
- Lead hardware realization of digital beamforming
- Lead hardware realization of modem pipelines
- Lead hardware realization of packet data processing
- Lead hardware realization of switching fabrics
- Mentor technical leaders and lead critical design reviews
- Provide technical leadership across design verification physical design firmware packaging system teams
- Resolve critical design issues
- Review architectural partitioning between ASIC FPGA software RF analog
- Support roadmap planning and future product definition
