Principal Software Engineer, Prisma Access
Tasks
- Apply ML techniques for traffic classification and smart routing
- Architect microservices for traffic and configuration
- Build RAG pipelines and multi agent workflows
- Build monitoring observability and alerting infrastructure
- Collaborate cross functionally with product development QA SRE and support
- Create evaluation harnesses golden traces and CI CD quality gates
- Design and ship LLM-powered and agentic features
- Design distributed backend services
- Develop scalable cloud-native features from inception to production
- Implement AI guardrails grounding and human in the loop controls
- Integrate LLMs into production services with API based and self hosted models
- Mentor engineers and lead design reviews
- Optimize data collection pipelines and incident response
- Participate in on-call rotations
