- Apply total cost of ownership and lifecycle costing
- Collaborate with legal security and risk on contract protections
- Conduct enterprise contract negotiations
- Create sourcing roadmaps
- Develop IT and cybersecurity category strategies
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity regulations
- Forecast budgets and analyze costs using spend analytics
- Lead procurement team
