Tasks
- Assist in developing site field manual
- Coordinate non technical outsourced service partners
- Coordinate room bookings
- Escalate incidents and issues to manager
- Escort vendors and process PTW
- Handle helpdesk work order response and resolution
- Maintain IFM weekly bi weekly trackers and monthly report
- Maintain asset inventory
- Maintain current soft and hard copy inventory files
- Maintain facilities shared folders and audit documentation
- Maintain locker and key inventory
- Maintain relationships with client and service providers
- Maintain site walkthrough inspection proactive trackers
- Manage cafeteria operations
- Manage front desk and reception operations
- Manage visitor registration and access
- Monitor work order status closed open
- Oversee mailroom services
- Provide administrative support per company policies
- Provide first point of contact via calls and email
- Support housekeeping services
- Support validation of vendor documents
- Track BCP supplies and client visit supplies
- Track LSS and CIWG metrics
- Track POR GRR for JLL and vendor
- Track accounts payable and receivable
- Track cafeteria vending and pantry inventories
- Track office supplies inventory and orders
- Track technical and non technical spares and consumables
- Track waste and energy metrics
- Update SLA KPI target reports
- Update and maintain audit ready documentation and filing
- Update and track facilities issues tracker and minor project tracker
- Update and track service level agreements and KPIs
