Lead Engineer Network Operations Center
Tasks
- Analyze incident and alert trends for reliability improvements
- Author and maintain runbooks and incident playbooks
- Build and enhance Dynatrace dashboards
- Coordinate incident triage and containment
- Drive restoration activities with domain teams
- Implement alert routing and deduplication
- Improve time to detect and diagnose using observability
- Lead root cause analysis for incidents
- Mentor engineers and analysts on incident response
- Provide technical updates during incidents and post incident reviews
- Serve as incident escalation point
- Support operational readiness reviews
- Translate incident learnings into durable fixes
- Troubleshoot production issues across AWS and Windows Linux
- Tune monitoring and alert thresholds
