Quality & Compliance Lead – Professional Services
Tasks
- Build and mentor quality and compliance community
- Close audit findings with remediation plans
- Coordinate auditors and certification bodies
- Create executive dashboards for quality risk and compliance
- Define and govern Quality Management System
- Define governance risk assessment and change management frameworks
- Deliver quality and compliance training and awareness
- Drive standardized delivery methodologies and best practices
- Ensure adherence to information security and data privacy regulations
- Establish quality gates and delivery readiness reviews
- Lead continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma
- Lead root cause analysis and CAPA
- Maintain delivery risk and compliance register
- Own enterprise compliance frameworks
- Plan and manage internal and external audits
- Track and improve delivery quality KPIs
