Red Team Manager (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Advise customers on threat scenarios and attack paths
- Collaborate with Detection Engineering Incident Response Threat Intelligence and Security Architecture
- Conduct adversary simulation
- Conduct initial access and post exploitation tradecraft
- Define Red Team priorities and initiatives
- Design and support command and control infrastructure
- Develop Red Team methodologies and tooling
- Ensure engagements meet legal ethical and operational requirements
- Escalate complex technical and operational issues
- Execute attack simulations in OT networks
- Lead red team operations
- Manage assumed breach engagements
- Mentor Red Team consultants
- Perform infrastructure cloud and application intrusion simulation
- Plan staff and execute Red Team engagements
- Present customer proposals
- Produce reports findings and executive readouts
- Research adversary techniques tools and procedures
- Run purple team exercises with blue teams
- Simulate covert physical breaches
- Support pre sales scoping and solution design
- Test detection and response evasion and maturity
