Tasks
- Analyze root causes of hardware and software failures
- Conduct failure analysis of hardware components
- Develop and refine reverse engineering procedures and safety protocols
- Develop corrective actions for defects
- Document findings in technical reports
- Establish supplier partnerships for repairs and production
- Extract analyze and update firmware and software
- Identify second sources for consumables and spare parts
- Maintain records in management systems
- Perform quality assurance checks for safety and specifications
- Perform reverse engineering of electronic devices
- Review supplier 8D reports for defects
