Tasks
- Administer privileged access onboarding and access controls
- Configure integrations and entitlement workflows
- Coordinate escalations with engineering teams
- Drive remediation for audit findings
- Ensure least privilege for privileged access
- Handle access provisioning and deprovisioning
- Implement automation and optimize IAM processes
- Lead and mentor IAM operations support engineers
- Lead application onboarding into IAM platforms
- Lead enterprise IAM operations
- Manage identity lifecycle workflows
- Manage role and entitlement assignments
- Monitor IAM platforms availability and SLAs
- Oversee IAM lifecycle and access governance
- Perform incident root cause analysis and resolution
- Report SLA metrics and incident trends
- Resolve access requests and IAM incidents
- Support SSO MFA and authentication using Okta
- Support access certifications and access reviews
- Support audit evidence and compliance reporting
- Support major incident handling and production stabilization
- Track deliverables and SLA adherence
- Troubleshoot authentication federation and access issues
