- Administer Active Directory domains forests trusts
- Administer Entra ID users groups roles and access
- Administer Group Policy
- Configure Conditional Access policies
- Enforce MFA and password policies
- Harden directory security
- Maintain directory hygiene by remediating stale orphaned accounts
- Maintain identity synchronization between Active Directory and Entra ID
- Manage DNS and domain controllers
- Manage device identity hybrid join cloud join and authentication
- Manage hybrid identity authentication troubleshooting
- Manage privileged access controls
- Participate in change management for identity upgrades and improvements
