Tasks
- Advise field staff on child abuse reporting
- Advise field staff on self harm and suicide threats
- Advise field staff on violence grief and pregnancy incidents
- Direct reporting to Department of Social Services or Child Protective Services
- Document and track time spent on calls
- Follow up with callers to confirm required reporting actions
- Handle kids issues incident resolution guidance
- Provide level one incident support to field calls
- Track and document incidents in incident tracker database
