Tasks
- Align access governance with regulatory frameworks
- Define IAM policies standards and best practices
- Define and implement joiner mover leaver lifecycle processes
- Define cloud security framework
- Design and maintain IdentityIQ connectors workflows rules and role models
- Design and run access certification and recertification campaigns
- Design cloud security architecture
- Develop and maintain IdentityIQ connectors for directories and applications
- Develop and maintain RBAC frameworks and entitlement catalogs
- Develop and maintain separation of duties policies and conflict matrices
- Develop custom reports and dashboards
- Document cloud security control implementation
- Escalate complex IAM incidents and service requests
- Integrate IdentityIQ with ITSM HRMS and PAM using APIs and flat file feeds
- Lead SailPoint IdentityIQ platform architecture
- Lead platform upgrades patch management and environment migrations
- Maintain solution design documents runbooks and operational guides
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to support teams
- Serve as technical lead for IdentityIQ deployments upgrades and integrations
- Support internal and external audits with compliance reports
- Transition to cloud security-managed operations
- Write and maintain BeanShell rules and custom workflows
