Tasks
- Build role based access control RBAC frameworks and entitlement catalogs
- Create custom reports and dashboards
- Define IAM policies standards and best practices
- Define Joiner Mover Leaver lifecycle processes
- Define cloud security framework architecture
- Design and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture
- Design and run access certification and recertification campaigns
- Develop and maintain IdentityIQ connectors
- Develop separation of duties SoD policies and conflict matrices
- Integrate IdentityIQ with ITSM HRMS and PAM via REST SOAP and flat file feeds
- Lead IdentityIQ deployments upgrades and integrations
- Lead platform upgrades patch management and environment migrations
- Maintain solution design documents runbooks and operational guides
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to support teams
- Serve as escalation point for IAM incidents and service requests
- Support regulatory compliance audits with evidence packages
- Write and maintain BeanShell and Java rules and workflows
