Lead IdentityIQ upgrades patch management and environment migrations
Lead SailPoint IdentityIQ deployments upgrades and integrations
Maintain solution design documents runbooks and operational guides
Provide training and knowledge transfer to support teams
Serve as escalation point for complex IAM incidents
Support internal and external audits with compliance reports and evidence
Transition to cloud security-managed operations
Write and maintain BeanShell Java rules custom workflows and task definitions
