Security Engineer I (Mid-Shift)
Tasks
- Analyze logs and network traffic for threats
- Assist with Red Team activities
- Assist with incident response and security breach triage
- Implement security baselines policies and procedures
- Maintain system and configuration backups
- Monitor security alerts and suspicious activity
- Recommend and apply security patches and compensating controls
- Support security hardening and defense
- Triage security tickets from alert systems
- Tune detection rules to reduce false positives
- Validate and categorize security alerts
