Security Engineer WAF and SSLO (L2)
Tasks
- Analyze and resolve web application and SSLTLS security incidents
- Contain and remediate incidents
- Develop SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base
- Ensure WAF and SSLO compliance with security policies and regulations
- Escalate complex high severity issues to L3 and F5 TAC
- Implement standard configurations for new applications and services
- Lead troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis
- Manage and deploy WAF policies and security policies
- Monitor F5 platforms and respond to alerts
- Perform configuration changes and updates for SSL Orchestrator
- Perform first pass diagnostics and fix routine issues
- Provide level 2 operational support for F5 BIG-IP WAF and SSL Orchestrator
- Tune WAF policies and manage exceptions
