Security Manager, Credit & Wealth – Tieto BankTech
Tasks
- Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis
- Coordinate technical incident resolution
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Drive secure SDLC and DevSecOps processes
- Embed security requirements into architecture decisions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001
- Ensure compliance with SOC 1
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2
- Implement security guidance for engineering and operations
- Lead security incident response
- Maintain incident documentation for audits
- Own security framework for business unit
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Serve as security escalation and advisory contact
- Support BCP DR planning and resilience testing
- Support audits and evidence collection
- Translate risk findings into technical controls
