- Apply Trusted Advisor techniques to build client trust

- Identify record and escalate service performance trends anomalies and SLA breaches
- Investigate and resolve cybersecurity incidents using established procedures
- Monitor triage investigate remediate resolve first level security incidents
- Participate in coaching and continuous learning
