- Draft and disseminate BOLO flyers
- Draft and update SOC SOPs
- Ensure 24/7 SOC coverage
- Manage cross functional SOC team
- Oversee security personnel dispatch
- Oversee security technology systems
- Oversee video monitoring and incident detection
- Provide guidance and mentoring to SOC operators
- Provide oversight for access control procedures
