Security Operations Coordinator (Remote)
Tasks
- Administer invoice review and reconciliation
- Assess security implications of client requests
- Compose proposals and estimates
- Coordinate internal teams to meet client functions
- Develop standard operating procedures for client portfolios
- Edit and present reports
- Incorporate client feedback into portfolios
- Maintain 24 7 on call emergency response
- Manage Concur expense reconciliation
- Manage client and vendor relationships
- Manage staff vendor assignments and scheduling
- Oversee GSOC response and engagement
- Oversee physical security service execution
- Oversee vendor onboarding and pre employment screening
- Provide primary point of contact for tasks
- Provide regular client updates
- Travel for client meetings and business development
