Senior Certinia PSA Cloud Administrator
Tasks
- Architect and implement PSA solutions using data model and object relationships
- Configure Certinia PSA projects milestones resource scheduling time expense billing revenue forecasting
- Configure Salesforce Flows user roles field level security automation rules reporting dashboards
- Debug resolve technical issues maintain platform health
- Lead PSA Cloud solution design
- Maintain and govern PSA system data
- Partner with Professional Services Customer Success and RevOps to translate business goals into solutions
- Recommend Certinia platform features adoption
- Serve as primary point of contact for PSA escalations enhancements and training
- Support UAT and change management
