Tasks
- Automate workflows with scripts
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams
- Deliver technical briefings to customers and leadership
- Design configure and troubleshoot REST API integrations
- Install configure integrate and train Forcepoint COTS cyber products
- Prepare technical documentation including as built designs requirements and SOP
- Provide customer training troubleshooting and on site support
