Senior Database Administrator
Tasks
- Automate database operations and improve scalability and efficiency
- Create and maintain database documentation
- Develop implement and test backup and recovery procedures
- Install configure maintain and optimize database systems
- Lead and support database projects end to end
- Lead database deployments upgrades migrations and infrastructure initiatives
- Manage database security and access controls
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations
- Troubleshoot database incidents and system outages
