Senior Global Technical Program Manager - Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Readiness
Tasks
- Align cryptography standards with NIST quantum safe
- Conduct cryptographic asset inventory assessment prioritization
- Conduct post implementation reviews audits lessons learned
- Contribute to PMO continuous improvement
- Coordinate post quantum cryptography readiness transition
- Define program roadmap milestones success metrics
- Deliver dashboards status reports presentations
- Establish program governance operating processes
- Facilitate executive stakeholder engagement and escalations
- Lead change management communications and training
- Lead global multi year program delivery
- Manage financial forecasts budgets and funding plans
- Manage scope schedule budget resourcing risks dependencies change management
- Oversee cutovers transitions and steady state operations
- Oversee workstreams and interdependencies across applications infrastructure vendors regions
- Partner with cybersecurity infrastructure network cloud and application security teams
- Select delivery model waterfall agile hybrid
- Translate technical topics into business insights
