Senior IT Operations Engineer
Tasks
- Administer Microsoft services
- Administer Zoom and video conferencing systems
- Administer telephony infrastructure
- Automate IT workflows with scripting
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for IT planning and compliance
- Design code and debug C# applications
- Develop and maintain legacy systems
- Document systems, processes, and procedures
- Handle infrastructure and network management
- Integrate Microsoft Graph APIs
- Manage database administration and maintenance
- Perform code reviews and refactor legacy code
- Renew and install SSL certificates
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime
