Tasks
- Administer hybrid Active Directory and Azure AD
- Administer iSCSI and network attached storage
- Apply firmware and security patches
- Configure VPN and remote gateway servers
- Create and audit system monitors
- Deploy and repair enterprise client workstations and servers
- Implement maintain monitor Windows and Linux server systems
- Investigate endpoint and server security and performance alerts
- Manage failover clusters and Hyper V replicas
- Monitor infrastructure performance and system usage
- Provide incident response support for server and endpoint protection
- React to critical notifications on rotation
- Support backup and disaster recovery testing
- Troubleshoot and configure Cisco network devices
- Troubleshoot and configure Fortinet firewalls
- Troubleshoot and configure Sonicwall firewalls
