Senior Manager, Cybersecurity & Service Delivery
Tasks
- Apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Automate IT process improvements
- Conduct vulnerability and risk assessments
- Coordinate cross functional root cause analysis
- Deliver cybersecurity training and awareness
- Design security policies and solutions
- Develop annual IT budgets and technology investments
- Implement ITSM process improvements
- Implement disaster recovery plans
- Lead and support cybersecurity and compliance audits
- Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy
- Maintain IT and security documentation
- Maintain operational runbooks
- Manage IT support and operations organization
- Manage SOC operations with third party providers
- Manage endpoint and mobile device management
- Manage incident problem change service request management
- Manage service availability and uptime
- Manage service desk performance
- Own Tier 1 and Tier 2 end user support
- Recommend security products and technologies
- Resolve escalations and service disruptions
- Review security audit logs
- Run 24x7x365 enterprise monitoring
