Senior Manager, Division IT Security

Tasks
- Act as primary cybersecurity partner for assigned business division
- Communicate cybersecurity risks and priorities to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Coordinate cybersecurity responses for internal and external audits
- Escalate and manage high priority cyber risks
- Lead cybersecurity risk governance risk identification assessment documentation and tracking
- Monitor compliance with cybersecurity standards and drive remediation of gaps and vulnerabilities
- Partner with technical teams to remediate vulnerabilities across IT and OT environments
- Promote security awareness culture and risk informed decision making
- Provide risk based security guidance for projects deployments and operational changes
- Support enterprise cybersecurity program implementation for divisional needs
- Support incident response activities with divisional context and post incident follow up
- Track and drive closure of audit findings compliance gaps and policy exceptions
- Translate enterprise security policies standards and controls into security plans
