Senior Security Engineer
Tasks
- Assess and mitigate security risks across on premises and AWS
- Audit network devices and security appliances
- Automate security monitoring alerting and compliance checks
- Coordinate third-party security evaluations
- Design and recommend secure network configurations
- Develop and execute incident response plans
- Develop security policies procedures and best practices
- Ensure vendor security compliance for systems handling external data
- Implement security awareness training and phishing campaigns
- Lead penetration testing initiatives
- Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents
- Oversee secure data encryption retention deletion and forensic destruction
- Perform security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans
- Report security status vulnerabilities and improvement plans
- Review Windows environments Active Directory and GPO configurations
- Review access logs and provide audit reports
