Tasks
- Act as voice of the customer to share insights and best practices
- Advise engineering and product teams to remove blockers and influence roadmap
- Architect security solutions for business IT regulation and compliance
- Collaborate with customer success to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver end to end value proposition for web security and performance
- Design security controls aligned with security and performance products
- Maintain long term trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders
- Partner with account executives to educate customers on platform benefits
- Support customer security adoption strategy
