Senior Technical Success Manager (US, Remote)
Tasks
- Coordinate with Engineering and Support for technical challenges
- Design and validate solutions
- Drive maintenance, optimization, and upgrade planning
- Mentor teammates and evolve operating model
- Own technical lifecycle for customer accounts
- Refine playbooks and document best practices
- Serve as technical advisor during onboarding and operations
- Translate complex requirements into scalable patterns
